Last updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of goodhealthnc.comand any related pages, forms, and features (the “Site”), operated by Good Health NC LLC(“Good Health NC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Medical Emergencies

Do not use this Site for medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in a mental health crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time.

Messages, forms, and appointment requests sent through the Site are not monitored around the clock and must not be used for urgent or time-sensitive medical needs.

Information Only, Not Medical Advice

The content on the Site, including articles, FAQs, service descriptions, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified health care provider who knows your history. Always ask your provider about any questions you have regarding a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.

Health information changes over time. While we try to keep the Site accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, up to date, or appropriate for your situation. Descriptions of services do not guarantee that a particular service is available, appropriate, or covered by your insurance.

No Provider-Patient Relationship

Using the Site, reading its content, submitting a form, or sending us a message does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen by one of our providers.

Appointment Requests

An appointment request submitted through the Site is a request only. Your appointment is not confirmed until our team contacts you to confirm a date and time. Availability, hours, and services may change without notice.

Information You Send Us

Please do not include detailed medical information in general contact or newsletter forms. If you need to share health information, call us at (919) 230-1626 or discuss it at your visit.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. How we handle information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. How we use and protect the health information we keep as your health care provider is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Job applications submitted through our careers pages are used only to consider you for employment. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or an offer of employment.

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • submit false information or impersonate any person;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users’ information;
  • upload viruses, malicious code, or anything designed to disrupt or damage the Site;
  • scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; or

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Health NC and its owners, providers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This section applies to your use of the Site only. It does not limit any rights you have regarding the medical care you receive from us, which is governed by applicable law and professional standards.
