Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones our website uses, and how you can control them. Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking scripts, are covered by this policy too.

The Short Version

  • We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to run the site.
  • With your permission (or, in the United States, unless you opt out), we use analytics from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and fix problems.
  • We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies.
  • We never use analytics to identify you as a patient or to target you with ads.

Categories

Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work: remembering your cookie choice, protecting forms against abuse, and keeping staff signed in to the admin area. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics. Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages are used. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (for example, clicks and scrolling, with form fields masked) so we can spot pages that are confusing or broken. Neither is used to advertise to you.

Cookies We Use

Our site also remembers, in your browser’s local storage, whether you closed our “Now Hiring” message, so it is not shown again for two weeks. This is never sent to us.

Where You Are Matters

If you visit from a place where the law requires your agreement first — including the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, and Canada — analytics stay off until you choose to allow them.

If you visit from the United States, analytics run by default and our cookie notice tells you how to turn them off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as your choice to opt out and do not run analytics.

Changing Your Choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and clears the analytics cookies we can reach.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Changes to This Policy

If we add a new kind of cookie or tracker, we will update this page and ask for your choice again where required.
